IT-infrastructure audit
Client: Ukrainian Commercial Bank
Solution:The bank had suffered from several weaknesses, including lack of reliability and work efficiency in the information bank systems. Moreover, the information regarding bank IT infrastructure was partly incomplete or not up-to-date. The task was to provide business with detailed, reliable information on the IT infrastructure, its status, weaknesses and to develop recommendation on its improvement, risk reduction and capital costs saving.
Challenges:Our specialists carried out a comprehensive bank system diagnostic. The research was carried out on all core elements of the IT infrastructure: business applications, servers and storage systems, telecommunications, server rooms and engineering subsystems, backups etc.
IT-strategy
Client: Large European refinery company
Solution:The company felt the need to align its IT goals with global business strategy and convert its IT into effective, scalable and predictable business mean. The aim of the project was to work out a detailed plan for the phased development of enterprise IT in order to ensure business continuity, flexibility and scalability of IT-solutions as well as to conduct a comprehensive inventory of existing IT infrastructure.
Challenges:We have developed the detailed IT strategy. It covers all the levels of company’s IT. The existing network architecture and hardware was optimized by our specialists on the basis of the design solutions proposed, a strategy for improving fault tolerance of all IT-services and systems was worked out and a groundwork for a full-scale modernization of the enterprise IT-infrastructure was laid.
Hybrid Cloud Solution Development
Client: APK-INVEST
Solution:It was necessary to assess the functionality and select the optimum system embodiments. Our specialists have made it with the following solutions.
Challenges:In order to form a hybrid cloud solution for the deployment of new IT-services for PJSC "APK-INVEST" the «Microsoft Office365» and «Microsoft Windows AZURE» technologies were used. During the preparation of the architectural design of the system, the technical sessions were held. It helped to improve global perfomance and availability of corporate IT systems.
