Challenges:Our specialists carried out a comprehensive bank system diagnostic. The research was carried out on all core elements of the IT infrastructure: business applications, servers and storage systems, telecommunications, server rooms and engineering subsystems, backups etc.
The detailed diagnosis of IT-processes was performed in accordance with COBIT. It let us estimate the effectiveness of IT-management system and to identify weak points of the infrastructure. Our experts optimized and minimized by volume the process model of assessment, retaining all the benefits of TOGAF architecture management methodology.

Challenges:We have developed the detailed IT strategy. It covers all the levels of company’s IT. The existing network architecture and hardware was optimized by our specialists on the basis of the design solutions proposed, a strategy for improving fault tolerance of all IT-services and systems was worked out and a groundwork for a full-scale modernization of the enterprise IT-infrastructure was laid.
As a result we have elaborated a possible strategic planning of IT-investment, an optimizing of long-term budgets, an ensuring of the systematic development of the company.

Challenges:In order to form a hybrid cloud solution for the deployment of new IT-services for PJSC "APK-INVEST" the «Microsoft Office365» and «Microsoft Windows AZURE» technologies were used. During the preparation of the architectural design of the system, the technical sessions were held. It helped to improve global perfomance and availability of corporate IT systems.
