"In order to process more and more information, authorities and local governments need to periodically increase the number of computing and human resources. In order to optimize this process, we plan to transfer the main state IT services to the "clouds", the Ministry of Digital Affairs announced.

What will change with the introduction of cloud services in state bodies:
- the law will allow to remove corruption risks during the purchase of server equipment;
- the implementation of innovations in government bodies will be accelerated;
- the security of data storage during the military period will increase through the use of remote cloud storage and database backups.
It is assumed that the law "On cloud services" should make Ukraine attractive for the world's largest vendors of cloud services: Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud.
According to the Ministry of Digital, Ukraine will be one step closer to building hyperscale data centers.
