AM Integrator took part in the RAU HR 2025 conference

On March 6, the second specialized event RAU HR Conference for HR directors, recruiting teams, top managers and CEOs of companies from various retail sectors was held at the Parkovy Exhibition and Convention Center.

The main topic of the event was the question: «Labor market transformations in wartime: challenges and strategies for workforce reproduction». The event was attended by 23 speakers representing various areas of trade, recruiting and analytics. In particular, the first deputy ministers of economy of Ukraine and the minister of social policy of Ukraine, managers and responsible persons of Metro Ukraine, NGO Military School «Boryviter», FGK Financial Group, Toy House, Suziria Group, ANT, Global HR Solutions, Retail Association of Ukraine, robota.ua and others.

The RAU HR Conference brought together representatives of such companies as KFC, Vchasno, Lacoste, Zolotiy vik, Maudau, MHP, Varus, Foxtrot, eSputnik, Epicenter, Ukrnafta, Ukrzoloto, Flagman, KLO, Akordbank, Allo, Sport City, Dragon Capital, Puma, Eva, OKKO, Novus, Leroy Merlin, Auchan Ukraine, Apteka Dobrogo Dnya, Fora, Meest International, Comfy and others. In total, the event was attended by representatives of more than 120 companies.

According to experts, in 2025 the personnel crisis will intensify, so both companies and the state need to help the economically inactive population of our country become more active. The main emphasis for business is working on retaining people, investing in training and retraining, increasing wages and taking care of their emotional state.
