1. Registration of the start and end of working hours using the Actima Mobile mobile application. The application is linked to the employee's mobile phone using a unique code. Registration of the start and end of working hours cannot be done outside the premises of the retail outlet or branch.
2. Registration of the beginning and end of working hours using a biometric fingerprint terminal. Such registration methods make it impossible to register people who are not present in the premises of the outlet or branch.

In the «Director's Timesheet» tool or using a special report, the head of the department or store can see employees who have registered for the start of work. Thus, the manager does not need to track the arrival of employees and keep records manually, which frees up time for solving other tasks, reduces the administrative burden on managers and helps optimize personnel management processes.
