Use of Actima with the TimeStaff module insight into the working hours of workers, insight into the calculation of wages based on reliable data about the hours actually worked and , as a result, I mean savings to the payment fund.

The first way is to register the start and end of working hours using biometric terminals with a fingerprint. As biometric terminals, we offer terminals from a European manufacturer with a high percentage of fingerprint recognition and protection against the use of fake prints. The terminals are manufactured in compliance with GDPR regulations, so you and your employees can be sure that personal data is reliably protected.
The second way is through the Actima Mobile application, which provides registration of the start and end of working hours in relation to the specific outlet where the employee works and the mobile phone from which the registration is performed. This method of registering working hours will be especially appropriate for stores with a small number of employees.
Both methods make it impossible to register persons who are not present, and their use reduces the possibility of fraud with salary charges.
