In 2023, the Ukrainian system integration (SI) market continued its recovery and returned to pre-war indicators. A new phase began when system integrators faced the need for radical restructuring. The war revealed weaknesses, but it also showed where reserves were hidden. In the annual study, «Networks and Business» presents an analysis of the results of the SI market for 2023 and forecasts for 2024 against the background of the global SI market and general economic achievements of Ukraine and the world.
The results of the first half of 2024 indicate an increase in competition and turbulence in the system integration market. As for the results of 2023, the overall rating and the number of points for each integrator were largely influenced by financial indicators, the number of implemented complex projects, volunteer activities and support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Partner statuses from manufacturers are necessarily taken into account, which testify to the level of competence of the integrator in the implementation of complex IT solutions. The results of the TOP-35 companies were shown in the research rating.
