The Actima system – the unified personnel management center in retail

Retail is one of the engines of the country’s economy, because it fills all levels with budgets and employs millions of citizens. At the same time, the industry is constantly facing complex challenges, such as financial resources and shortage of personnel.
Actima – is a single center of personnel management in retail that helps to solve the tasks of planning and accounting for the time worked by employees for retail chains. The use of Actima with the TimeStaff module leads to transparency in the accounting of employees’ working hours, transparency in the calculation of wages based on reliable data on the actual worked time and, as a result, significant savings in the payroll of the retail network.
Reliable data on the time worked by employees is calculated on the basis of marks, which can be obtained in several ways:
The first method – registration of the beginning and end of working hours takes place on biometric terminals using a fingerprint. As biometric terminals, we offer terminals of a European manufacturer with a high percentage of fingerprint recognition, protection against the use of fake fingerprints. Terminals are manufactured taking into account GDPR regulations, so you and your employees can be sure that personal data is reliably protected.
The second way is through the application Actima Mobile. It provides registration of the beginning and end of working hours in connection with the specific retail outlet in which the employee works and the mobile phone from which the registration is performed. This method of registering working hours will be especially appropriate for shops with a few employees.
Both methods make it impossible to register persons who are not present, their use reduces the possibility of fraud in the calculation of wages.
The management of the «NOVUS Ukraine» supermarket chain has already noted the effectiveness of working time planning and accounting tool ща the Actima with the TimeStaff module.
